At Elite Self Storage the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority. Although Elite is a low traffic facility we ask all customers to practice social distancing, wear a face covering or mask and sanitize their hands when visiting. If you have a health condition preventing you from wearing a face covering, please make this known to our in-store team.

8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
8.30am t0 12.30pm Saturday
We have supplied personal protective equipment (PPE) for use by our staff as well as hand sanitisers for customers and our reception area has a transparent safety screen on the reception desk. We have established an enhanced cleaning schedule of all trolley handles and regular touchpoints such as door handles. The preferred payment method is by card. We have limited access to our reception to a maximum of 1 customer per store colleague. Customers will be asked to wait outside the reception area until a store colleague indicates that it’s safe to enter.
Deliveries: We continue to accept deliveries for customers. However, we will not sign for deliveries (most delivery drivers no longer ask for a signature).
We kindly ask customers to be patient and to observe these important measures and changes. Our colleagues are happy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns.
